The twenty-six students in this year's UNESCO-IHE Florida program, our "Water Ambassadors," are MSc candidates in Hydroinformatics or Water Modeling. They are from 15 countries and represent the world's largest water graduate school in the world, UNESCO-IHE, also called the Institute for Water Education. As a part of their curriculum these students come to the United States to study models developed by the US Department of Interior, South Florida Water Management District, the US Army Corps of Engineers and many other organizations and bring that knowledge back to their home countries after graduation to help solve water challenges.
This is a digital copy of a gift from the students to Stan Bronson that commemorate the group's time in Florida. Thank you Water Ambassadors!
